What’s the difference between an EP and an album?+
Our Custom EP includes five tracks for C$300. Our Custom Album includes twenty tracks for C$1,000. Both are developed around one creative brief and include mastered WAV and MP3 files, album and track covers, and lyric documents for lyrical tracks.
Can I choose instrumental or lyrical music?+
Yes. Choose Instrumental for music without vocals, Lyrical for original songs with lyrics, or Mixed for a combination of both.
Do I need to plan every track?+
No. Share your overall idea and sound preferences. You can add track ideas if you have them; we develop the detailed concept and sequence from your brief.
How does ordering work?+
Choose an EP or album and complete the guided intake. Once online ordering is available, submit your request and continue to the package’s PayPal checkout. Production starts after payment is confirmed. The intake shows checkout availability before you begin.
How long does delivery take?+
The usual estimate is 3–5 business days for an EP and 5–7 business days for an album, after payment and complete information. A requested special date is not guaranteed.
What files will I receive?+
Collections include mastered WAV and MP3 tracks, album and individual track cover artwork, and lyric documents for lyrical tracks. Delivery is digital; no physical album is supplied.
Are changes included?+
Your submitted intake is the creative brief. Creative revisions and new directions are not included. If we make a clear factual error or miss an important detail expressly included in your original request, contact us so we can reasonably correct it.
Can I sell or commercially release the music?+
Yes. After full payment, the included non-exclusive licence permits personal listening, business use, monetized content and commercial music releases. Copyright protection, exclusivity, platform acceptance and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed. See our Terms for the licence conditions.
Can I order just one song?+
Yes. A single custom song is C$79 at launch, regularly C$99. The launch price applies to the first 10 custom song orders. It includes one approximately 2–4 minute song, an MP3 and lyric document, with estimated delivery in 1–3 business days after payment and complete information.
