Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AI Audio Creations handles the personal information you share when requesting and purchasing a custom song, EP or album.

1. Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, music and artwork preferences, collection concepts, names and pronunciations, memories, dates, places, personal messages and other creative details. If you purchase a song, we also retain order, payment-status, quality-control, correction and delivery records. PayPal processes your payment information; we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to review your request, communicate with you, create and revise your song, process and document your order, deliver the finished files, respond to questions, prevent misuse and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
3. AI-assisted production
Our production process uses human direction together with third-party AI music and creative tools. Relevant story and musical details may be entered into those services to create your song. We minimize the information used and do not intentionally include your contact or payment details in creative prompts. Please do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
4. Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, form delivery, business email and file storage, payment processing, and AI-assisted music production. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices. Information may be processed outside British Columbia or Canada and may be accessible to authorities under the laws of those locations.
5. Consent and sharing
By submitting a request, you consent to the collection, use and limited disclosure described in this policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or with your consent.
6. Retention
Unaccepted or abandoned song requests are normally deleted within 30 days. Creative briefs, drafts and working files for completed orders are normally retained for up to 12 months after delivery. Transaction, consent and essential business records may be retained for up to seven years where needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer reasonably required.
7. Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small online business. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive information that is not needed to create your song.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where legally permitted, or request deletion of information that we are not required to retain. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from completing your song.
