Terms of Service

1. Request and acceptance

Submitting a request does not charge you. After successful submission, you may complete payment through the secure PayPal checkout. A paid order is formed when payment is completed. We may ask necessary questions or decline and refund an order before production if it is unlawful, unsafe, outside the service scope, or cannot reasonably be completed from the submitted information.

2. The service

The introductory C$79 offer includes one original custom song of approximately 2–4 minutes, lyrics developed from the information you provide, human-directed and AI-assisted production, an MP3 and lyric document, internal quality review, and the personal and commercial-use licence below. The regular listed price is C$99. The price and any applicable tax shown in your order confirmation control.

A Custom EP includes five tracks for C$300; a Custom Album includes twenty tracks for C$1,000. Collections may be instrumental, lyrical or mixed. Each includes mastered WAV and MP3 files, album and track cover artwork, and lyric documents for lyrical tracks. These are digital packages with the same included licence.

3. Order confirmation and delivery

Your written order confirmation will identify the customer and supplier, describe the service, state the total price in Canadian dollars including any applicable tax or charge, provide the expected delivery date and method, and include the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Delivery is digital to the email address you provide. The usual estimate is 1–3 business days after payment and receipt of all required information. Time spent waiting for necessary customer clarification does not count toward that estimate. For collections, the usual estimate is 3–5 business days for an EP and 5–7 business days for an album, after payment and complete information. Requested special dates are not guaranteed.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing names and pronunciations, responding within a reasonable time, and ensuring you have permission to share submitted personal details. Do not request unlawful, harmful, infringing or impersonating content. We may refuse content that is unsafe, illegal or outside the service scope.

5. Creative discretion and AI-assisted production

You provide the story and preferences; we make creative and production decisions needed to turn them into a finished song. AI-assisted tools form part of the process, but the project is reviewed and directed by a person. A requested genre, mood, vocal direction or reference is guidance, not a promise to copy a particular artist, song, voice or protected style.

6. Finished creation and corrections

Each song is delivered as a finished custom creation based on the information and preferences in the submitted request. Creative revisions, changes of preference and new directions are not included. If we make a clear factual error or omit an important detail expressly included in the original request, notify us promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to correct it. Because AI-assisted regeneration can change the melody, vocal or arrangement, an exact musical match to the original version cannot be guaranteed.

7. Personal and commercial-use licence

After full payment, AI Audio Creations grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence, to the extent of the rights we hold and may license, to use the delivered music for personal listening, gifts, business projects, advertising, monetized videos, podcasts, games and commercial music releases. You may reproduce, edit, synchronize, perform, distribute and sell the delivered music, and authorize platforms and service providers to do so for your projects. Delivered artwork and lyric documents may be used to accompany and promote that music. No additional royalty is payable to AI Audio Creations for these permitted uses.

This licence does not transfer exclusive copyright ownership, grant rights in third-party material, or override applicable law, production tool restrictions or platform requirements. You must have permission for any material you supply and must not misrepresent authorship or claim exclusive rights you do not hold. Copyright registration and automated rights systems such as Content ID require separate eligibility; purchase alone does not establish eligibility.

8. AI music, copyright and platforms

We use eligible paid-plan production tools and approved downloads for customer music intended for commercial use. Commercial-use permission does not mean the music is copyright-free or guaranteed to be free of copyright claims. AI-assisted music may not qualify for copyright protection, and similar output may be generated for others. Copyright protection or registration, exclusivity, freedom from third-party infringement claims, and acceptance or monetization by distributors and platforms are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for checking the requirements of your intended platforms and use, including any AI disclosure obligations and necessary third-party permissions. These limits do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In summary, a paid order may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally available once custom production has begun, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Audio Creations is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platform decisions, or problems caused by inaccurate or unauthorized customer submissions. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
