Cancellation & Refund Policy
Each song is custom-made from the customer’s story. These rules explain what happens if an order is cancelled or cannot be completed.

Before payment
Submitting the intake form does not create a paid order and does not charge you. You may withdraw your request at any time before payment.
After payment, before production begins
You may cancel for a full refund before we begin creative work. Contact us promptly at hello@aiaudiocreations.com.
After production begins
Because the service is personalized and work has been performed specifically for you, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after production begins. We will still provide the included work in good faith to correct a clear factual error we made or an important detail we omitted from the customer's original request.
If we cannot complete the order
If AI Audio Creations cannot complete and deliver the agreed service, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid for the undelivered service. If a paid order is declined before production begins, it will be refunded in full.
Delivery delays
The estimated delivery period begins after payment and receipt of all information needed to start. Time spent waiting for customer replies, clarification pauses the timeline. If delivery will be materially delayed, we will contact you with an updated date and available options.
Corrections and creative changes
Creative revisions and changes of direction are not included. Each song is delivered as a finished creation based on the submitted request. If we make a clear factual error or omit an important detail expressly included in that request, contact us promptly and we will make a reasonable effort to correct it. Incorrect customer-supplied information, a new recipient or story, or a changed musical preference is not a correction. AI-assisted regeneration may change the melody, voice or arrangement and cannot guarantee an identical result.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Where those rights conflict with this policy, the law applies.
